Our mission is to empower early-career ABWA Members and aspiring CPAs to forge meaningful professional connections, be inspired, and advance their education by participating in CalCPA’s Elevate: Women’s Leadership Forum, (May 1–2, 2025, in Mountain View, CA).

This initiative provides access to leadership strategies and networking opportunities for diverse students pursuing a career in accounting. Scholarships, valued at $1,800 per recipient, will cover event registration, hotel accommodations, and stipends for travel and meals.

Sponsorships for the Empowerment Grant
will be open until March 31, 2025.

Our goal is to award 15 scholarships to support the future of the accounting pipeline. Tax deduction paperwork will be provided.
